TYPES OF NONWOVENS:
Antibacterial and anti - fungal
An antibacterial agent and fungicide is applied to the nonwovens' structure. This solution protects the feet against skin diseases caused, inter alia, by fungi. Insoles made of this nonwoven guarantee a high comfort of use and protect against: chafings, corns, excessive foot sweating and unpleasant odour.
Thermoformable
Thermoformable nonwovens are used to manufacture insoles for footwear.
Thermoformable insoles create optimal connection between the foot and the shoe. Using these insoles our body weight is evenly distributed, which reduces the risk of injury.
Anstistatic
Antistatic nonwovens are used for the production of antistatic footwear. The insole of this material conducts electric charges in the required ranges. ESD shoe insoles are applied when it is necessary to protect the worker against electrostatic charging, by discharge of electrostatic charges. Such footwear meets the requirements of PN-EN 61340-5-1:2009.
Hydrophobic
Hydrophobic nonwovens are resistant to surface wetting (surface wetting spray test) in the range from 3 to 5 according to the PN-EN ISO 4920:2013-02. Hydrophobic nonwoven protects not only against soaking, but also against dirt, mud, dirty water and dust.

FELTS AND NONWOVENS FOR SHOE INDUSTRY
We use the mechanical needle punching method in the manufacturing process to ensure the best properties of our products, i. e.: natural flexibility, ease of processing, moisture absorption, high water vapour and air permeability.
The production technology used in our plant allows to finish nonwovens by singeing, calendering, impregnation or lamination. We also manufacture nonwovens in the form of composites composed of several different materials.
Our nonwovens and felts have hygienic certificate issued by the National Institute of Hygiene (NIH)
The production process of nonwovens is subject to constant quality control.
