UV stabilized polypropylene nonwovens are resistant to sunlight and are widely used in horticulture and agriculture.

Our SPUNBOND polypropylene nonwovens are produced from high quality polypropylene granulates of European origin. The technological production process allows us to achieve evenly distributed material without gaps and with a homogeneous structure. SPUNBOND polypropylene nonwovens are characterized by high tensile and tear strength, smooth surface and abrasion resistance.

UV stabilized nonwoven is used to protect plants from frost, scorching sun, hail, and gusty winds. At the same time, it increases temperature and humidity under cover, guaranteeing the optimal conditions for plant growth and vegetation.

Types of products

Our offer includes the following types of nonwovens for horticulture and agriculture:

Spring nonwoven

Nonwoven used in spring is offered in rolls, jumbo rolls, folded into cubes and packed in plastic bags. Additionaly, that type of nonwoven can have double – sided reinforced edges, or it can be connected together by ultrasonic welding.

The double-sided reinforced spring nonwoven is classified by double weight on both edges of 30 cm. width. Double-sided reinforcement ensures a more effective fixture between the nonwoven and the ground, preventing it from being blown away or torn by the gusty winds. Ultrasonic welding is a permanent bonding technique that allows for obtainining nonwovens of a width up to 15.8 m.

It is used to protect hibernating plants against the harmful effects of dry wind and low temperatures, especially during the snowless winters.

The structure of the autumn nonwoven ensures free air flow and reduces moisture loss. The nonwoven partially transmits light, reducing the phenomenon of plants growing in early spring.

Mulch nonwovens (against weeds)

Agrowłókniny ściółkujące (przeciw chwastom)

It is used to protect the ground for growing vegetables, fruit, ornamental shrubs, and flowers on both small and large planting areas. Mulching nonwoven prevents the development of weeds and provides access for water and air. Nonwoven strengthens the plant’s root system, accelerates vegetation, and protects low-growing plants against dirt.

It is available in traditional and folded rolls. The folded rolls have half width, allowing for easier transport and storage.

SPRING AND AUTUMN NONWOVEN IN A PACKAGE - FOLDED INTO CUBES

Our spring and autumn – winter nonwovens are available in packages with weigths of 17 g/m2, 19 g/m2, 50 g/m2 and in a wide range of sizes.

We produce nonwovens in white, brown, black and brown-black colors. Products can be packed in a plastic bag with or without a Euro hanger, along with a colorful label under our brand or under the client’s own brand.

ADDITIONAL ASSORTMENT

JUTE CLOTH

It is used to protect and wrap the plant’s root ball during transport. The jute cloth is biodegradable after 3-4 months.

WINTER PROTECTIVE HOOD

It is used to protect wintering plants both in the ground and in pots. The protective hood protects against frost, sun exposure, and harmful actions of animals. It provides the permeability of moisture, air, and light. Additionally, it is equipped with a drawstring, which enables proper attachment to the plants. The protective hood is resistant to sunlight (UV), therefore, allowing several uses.

POT COVERS

Round and square pot covers made of the polyester nonwoven are resistant to weather conditions, fertilizers, and chemical agents used in agriculture. While perfectly transmitting water and air, they simultaneously prevent weed growth. The product is made in different sizes and in two colors: black and grey. The nonwoven used for the production of pot covers is certified by the National Institute of Hygiene (PZH).
